Meet The Team
At iThrive, we’re dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health, enhance your performance, and radiate wellness from within.

Ruth Nyang, FNP-C
Founder & CEO – iThrive Infusion & Wellness Lounge (Cameroon & USA)
Family Nurse Practitioner | Cameroonian Wellness Advocate | Global Health Visionary
I’m Ruth Nyang—a proud Cameroonian, a U.S.-licensed Family Nurse Practitioner, and the founder of iThrive Infusion & Wellness Lounge, with locations in Bastos, Yaoundé and Albuquerque, New Mexico. With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare—including 9 years as a nurse practitioner and 10 years as a registered nurse—I’ve dedicated my life to helping people heal, restore balance, and thrive.
My journey began in Cameroon, where I earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Geography from the University of Buea. After moving to the U.S., I followed my passion for healthcare, earning my Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico (UNM) and a Master of Science in Management (MSM) from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). I’m currently licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner in New Mexico and Texas.
Throughout my career, I’ve served in hospital systems, outpatient clinics, wellness lounges, and community health programs. But no matter where I’ve worked, I’ve always believed in care that goes beyond prescriptions—it should empower, educate, and support the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
I founded iThrive to bring that level of personalized, world-class care home to Cameroon. Our clinics combine pharmaceutical-grade U.S. products with evidence-based therapies in a warm, welcoming setting that feels like home. From IV drips and hormone therapy to medical weight loss and women’s wellness, we’re helping people take control of their health with dignity and support.
Outside of work, I love to travel, cook, host friends and family, and volunteer in the community. My Christian faith grounds everything I do—serving others, walking in integrity, and giving generously from the gifts I’ve been given.
